More than trackers
Most people find us looking for an insurance approved tracker. They stay because we cover everything else on the vehicle too — immobilisers, cameras, fleet management and asset tracking, all on one login.
Insurance approved trackers
Thatcham Insurance Approved, Category S7, S5 and S5+ — monitored 24/7 from a UK Control Centre, with tow-away detection, Driver ID Tag recognition and, on the S5+, engine immobilisation. Certified under TSC 528 and TSC 531.
Nitro CANBUS immobilisers
TASSA certified, hidden immobilisation that arms itself when you switch off. Your own PIN sequence through the vehicle’s existing dashboard and steering wheel buttons — no extra fobs, no visible hardware. Nitro Pro adds No Tag, No Start.
Dash cameras & DVR
Live video from the app or desktop while the vehicle is moving. Two-channel cameras cover the road and the cab, with GPS overlaid on the footage — and incident video recovered remotely and sent straight to your insurer.
Fleet tracking
From a pair of vans to a thousand-vehicle operation. Live position, journey history, driver behaviour, geofences, working-hours verification and reporting that stands up when a customer disputes an arrival time.
Plant & asset tracking
Excavators, generators, trailers, containers and site equipment. Hardwired or battery-powered magnetic units for assets with no permanent supply, geofenced to the site so any movement is immediately obvious.
One platform behind it all
TrackManager for full fleet operations, TrackManager Lite for smaller operators. Free iOS and Android apps, browser access, unlimited geofences and user logins — whichever hardware you have fitted.
Three Thatcham categories. One standard of service.
Every approved tracker we supply is Thatcham tested and certified, fitted by an approved engineer and monitored by the same UK control room. The only thing that changes is how much of the theft we interrupt.
Thatcham's categories are cumulative — each level includes everything below it and adds one capability.
Monitored tracking that alerts the moment your asset moves without its ignition on.
- Live 4G GPS tracking
- Tow-away detection
- Tamper & power-loss alerts
- 24/7 UK control room
- Driver ID Tag
- Engine immobilisation
Adds driver authentication, so being driven without you is an instant alert.
- Live 4G GPS tracking

- 24/7 UK control room
- Driver ID Tag × 2 included
- Engine immobilisation
The top category. No Tag, No Start — the thief never gets an engine to drive away.

The security a thief cannot find, scan or cut out.
Relay theft, key cloning and signal interception all attack the way modern cars authenticate. The Nitro Immobiliser sits inside the vehicle’s own CANBUS and arms itself automatically the moment you switch off — and without your personal PIN sequence, entered through the dashboard and steering wheel buttons you already have, it stays immobilised.
- Nothing to findNo sounds, no lights, no radio frequency to scan for, no circuit cuts and no visible hardware.
- Nothing extra to carryNo additional fob, no app to open. Your existing controls become a hidden keypad.
- Nitro Pro — No Tag, No StartAdds a second physical layer: without your tag in the vehicle, the engine will not start.
- Stronger paired with a trackerCombine with an S5 or S7 and you can also immobilise remotely from the app if a PIN is ever compromised.
A relay attack takes under a minute. This is where it stops.
Thieves no longer break windows. They convince your car that your key is next to it — and the car behaves exactly as designed. A separate authentication layer is the only thing that interrupts it.
When it's your driver's word against theirs, footage settles it.
Driver behaviour scores tell you something happened. Video tells you what. Our connected cameras stream live from the app or your desktop while the vehicle is moving, and the incident footage that matters can be pulled remotely — no waiting for a van to come back to the yard.
- Live video, not just recordingsSee the feed as the driver is driving, straight from the app or browser.
- Two channels — road and cabForward-facing and driver-facing, so context cuts both ways.
- GPS overlaid on the footagePosition and speed on the video itself — one file that answers every question.
- We'll send it to your insurerRequest the incident footage and we recover it remotely, to you or direct to the insurer.
Two platforms, because a two-van firm isn't a hundred-van firm
Every tracker, camera and asset unit we fit reports into software built for the size of operation you actually run — not a cut-down version of something designed for someone else.

Don't take our word for it — drive the platform yourself
A full working demo account, with live vehicles moving on the map. Have a look at the tracking, the history, the geofences and the reporting before you spend anything with us. No sales call required.
Not sure which platform suits you? Tell us how many vehicles you run and we’ll point you the right way.
Your vehicles, in your pocket.
Free for iOS and Android, included with every device we fit. Live position, journey history, geofence alerts and every vehicle on one screen — whichever platform you’re on.
The hardware is the easy part.
Anyone can sell you a box that puts a dot on a map. What decides whether you get your vehicle back is what happens in the ninety seconds after it moves — and that is the part we do not outsource to anyone.
From enquiry to fitted, usually inside a week
No showrooms, no dropping the vehicle off for a day. Our approved engineers come to you — home, workplace, depot or storage site.

Why not just buy a cheap tracker online?
Fair question, and it deserves a straight answer. Both put a dot on a map. Everything else is different, and all of it shows up at the worst possible moment.
A monitored, certified system
- Independently tested and certified — Thatcham for trackers, TASSA for Nitro
- Recognised by UK insurers as meeting a policy condition
- Alerts reach you automatically, then a staffed UK control room
- Tamper and power loss are alerts, not silence
- Fitted and concealed by an approved engineer
- Multi-network SIM that hops to the strongest signal
- Insurance certificate issued on the day
- Our team engages the police directly on your behalf
A typical consumer tracker
- No independent certification behind the claim
- Generally will not satisfy an insurer's requirement
- Nobody is watching except you, if you see the notification
- Goes quiet when disconnected — and quiet looks like fine
- Self-fitted, plug-in or magnetic, and easy to find
- Usually locked to one network and its coverage gaps
- No certificate to give your insurer
- You explain the whole thing to the police yourself
We come to you — wherever you are.
Our approved installer network covers England, Scotland and Wales. Installation is mobile, so the engineer travels to your home, your workplace, your depot or your storage site. You never take the vehicle anywhere.
Local businesses, held to one standard
Your hardware is fitted by an approved installer near you — an established local business, not a subcontracted stranger. They quote you, they fit it, and they are there afterwards if you need them.
- Approved and accountableFitted to the standard the certification requires — an unapproved fit invalidates it.
- Mobile, nationwideHome, work, depot or storage site. You don't take the vehicle anywhere.
- Specialists in your vehicleElectric and hybrid drivetrains need a specific approach to immobilisation. We match you accordingly.
- One platform behind them allWhoever fits it, the same UK control room, the same apps and the same support sit behind it.
The things people ask us most
Thatcham insurance approved trackers (S7, S5 and S5+), Nitro CANBUS immobilisers, connected dash cameras and DVR systems, fleet tracking, and plant and asset tracking. All of it reports into the same platform, so a mixed fleet sits under one login rather than four.
They are cumulative. An S7 alerts if your vehicle is towed away, tampered with or loses power. An S5 does all of that and adds a Driver ID Tag, so being driven without you triggers an alert. An S5+ adds engine immobilisation — without the tag, the vehicle will not start. Use the chooser above, or read the full guides.
The system calls you automatically within seconds — it does not sit in an app waiting to be noticed. That first contact is automated deliberately: it reaches you immediately every time, and lets you close a false alarm on the spot if you have simply forgotten your tag. If it is a genuine theft, our UK team takes over from there, and once you have a police incident number they supply live position data straight to the force.
No — it does two different jobs. Nitro prevents the vehicle being started; a tracker tells you where it is and gets it recovered. Nitro is TASSA certified rather than Thatcham certified, so if your insurer has specified a Thatcham category you will need an approved tracker as well. Many customers fit both, which also unlocks remote immobilisation from the app.
Broadly, TrackManager Lite suits operators running under ten vehicles who want live tracking, history, geofencing and alerts without comparative fleet analysis. TrackManager is the full platform for heavier fleet use, with driver behaviour scoring, comparative analysis and the complete reporting suite. Both use the same hardware, the same monitoring and the same UK support. Try the demo and see which feels right.
Yes — there is a live demo account with vehicles moving on the map, linked in the platform section above. Have a proper look at the tracking, history, geofences and reporting. No sales call required first.
Often within 24 hours, subject to your local installer’s availability. Fitting is mobile and nationwide, so the engineer comes to your home, workplace, depot or storage site. Most installations are done in a single visit and, for approved trackers, your insurance certificate is issued as soon as it is finished.
For an insurance approved tracker, yes — and it is what makes it worth having. The subscription funds the UK control room, the 4G multi-network SIM and the police liaison service, and it is required for the Thatcham approval to remain valid. There is no minimum term, and multi-year and lifetime options are available.
Hardware and installation are quoted by your local approved installer, because it varies with the vehicle and the work involved — an S5+ immobiliser circuit on an EV is a different job to an S7 on a caravan. Monitoring is separate. Send the form below with your postcode and what you run, and you will get a price for your actual situation rather than a headline figure that changes when someone sees the vehicle.
